Our 24 hour call centre handles on average 500 calls a day, with enquiries ranging from quotes for central heating and boiler replacements, to breakdown and maintenance calls. Fully trained call centre operators can answer and resolve many problems over the phone, but if necessary we will dispatch a fully qualified engineer to resolve your problem.
Every job is tracked and managed professionally from your first phone call through to its satisfactory completion, signed off by you; all installation works and approximately 10% of any maintenance work carried out is subject to quality audit checks by our own as well as external quality control inspectors.
