The company has grown from a small, competent company in the domestic heating trade, to an exceptional leader in its field. Our head office, call centre, and stores are located in Farnborough, Hampshire, from which all of the field operations are coordinated and managed.

In 2007 we opened our dedicated NICEIC, BPEC and City & Guilds accredited training and assessment facility in Basingstoke. Central Heating Services have since been acknowledged with awards in recognition of the outstanding training and the facilities that our internal engineers and external engineers have access to.
The company delivers services to its various customers by complying with the Gas Safety & Use Regulations 2004, ISO 9001:2008 and gas safety routines (all operatives hold the relevant ACS 'Gas Safe Engineers' certificates in Gas Competence). The use of state of the art technologies including flue gas analyses and gas go seekers, PDA handheld computing devices, improves information flows live time, ensuring that the very latest information is available to our private customers, private and social housing landlords, efficiently and fast.
Live time communications between mobile engineers and head office enable quick responses at all times, the company operate a 24 hours, 365 days a year service. Our bespoke IT infrastructure allows the company to track all jobs from start to finish and to provide comprehensive management reports. This system is unique, it means that engineers are able to input relevant information, directly from the site where they are working, automatically updating the records for each property after any visit.
Central Heating Services have successfully implemented an environmental system that satisfies ISO (The International Organisation for Standardisation) 14001 and its certification requirements. Approval was gained during January 2008, the system is regularly reviewed to ensure it is up to date and compliant with the latest innovations.
