Before you can begin booking your service online you will need your booking card as this contains the references you will need to log in. The booking card would have been sent to you in the post 12 weeks prior to your annual service due date.
You will need your unique property reference and your unique job number and valid email address to use the booking process, below is a sample reminder card indicating the position of the references.
