Central Heating Services was incorporated in 1986 and operates from offices in Farnborough and Basingstoke, building a very successful business expected to reach £8.5m turnover this year. Judges were impressed with how customer service was at the core of their success, with a real time communication strategy which ensures their engineers and response teams can assure their 24 7 service, with all jobs carefully tracked.
The business has continued to grow offering services to social housing organisations and developing new products like their extended warranty scheme, and PAT testing and home health checks. The business invests in staff to ensure on-going quality of service for customers and there is strong evidence of customer satisfaction.
Central Heating Services have had a very strong performing business over many years that has shown constant growth and innovation and with customer service at its core, building respect and credibility. The judges felt this business represented the very best of business in North Hampshire.
