CHS maintains over 16,000 clients with Three Star service contracts. Our 24 hour call centre handles on average 200 calls a day, with enquiries ranging from quotes for central heating and boiler replacement, to breakdown and maintenance calls from our local authority partners and domestic customers. Our trained call centre personnel can fix many problems over the phone, and if necessary will despatch a duty engineer to visit and deal with the enquiry in person. Your job will be tracked and managed professionally from the first phone call through to its satisfactory completion, and all work carried out is subject to quality control checks by our inspectors.

If you need a new Central Heating System, plan to replace your existing Central Heating System or wish to upgrade your existing system to improve efficiency then contact us and a representative from our Central Heating department will arrange to visit and provide you with a quotation. Should you wish to go ahead you need pay only 10% up front, with the balance due once you are satisfied with the installation.

Our central heating systems feature Barlo or Stelrad radiators, and Danfoss or Honeywell thermostatic radiator valves, programmers, room thermostats and cylinder thermostats.

All of our Central Heating Systems come with an extended 5 year central heating guarantee and service package. Our Gas Safe registration assures your peace of mind.
